Born in Oswego, he was the son of John Wayman of Oswego and Brenda Culver of Fulton.
Surviving besides his parents are two sisters Annette (Fiancé Kenneth Taylor) Hamilton of Fulton; Heather (Matt) Dukat, of Liverpool; two brothers, Shawn (April) Culver and John (Nicole) Orton, both of Fulton; Maternal grandmother Lois Woolworth (late Bernard) and Paternal grandmother Mildred Harvey; longtime girlfriend Rosanne Thomas.
Calling hours will be held 5-7 p.m. Friday, September 30th at the Nelson Funeral Home, 11 West Albany St. Oswego.
