Write a commentA man sustained serious injuries and was airlifted to a trauma center this evening after reportedly being struck by a vehicle.
Oswego Fire Department personnel were dispatched to the vehicle vs. pedestrian accident at 9:37pm on Saturday at the intersection of State Route 104 and George Street. Crews arrived to find a male lying in the road with serious injuries. Officials on the scene stated that the patient had a "serious head injury."
All available on duiy personnel were used at the scene, and a helicopter was used to transport the patient to the trauma center in Syracuse.
The Oswego Police Department is currently investigating the accident.
