Shirley M. Spano, 92, a resident of Oswego, died October 29, 2016 at home.
Born in Oswego, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Anna Pearl (O’Brien) Weber.
Surviving are her husband, John Spano; a daughter, Linda (Gary) Baker of Oswego; John (Susan Randall) Spano, of Atlanta, GA; a sister, Ruth Brower, of Oswego; seven grandchildren, John Spano II, Shannon (Stephen) Gray, Jennifer (Michael) Reinhardt, Kari Spano, Sarah Spano, Nicholas Spano, Ryan (Denyelle) Baker; nine great-grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by his siblings Charles Weber, Dorothy Griswold and Beryl Scruton.
Funeral Services will be held 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Joseph’s Church. Entombment will follow at the family’s private mausoleum, St. Peter’s Cemetery.
Calling hours will be held 3-6 p.m. Tuesday at the Nelson Funeral Home, 11 West Albany St. Oswego.
