Write a commentTown of Sandy Creek officials have announced that a bridge on Skinner Road between Hadley and Wood roads has been closed until further notice due to damage caused by recent flooding.
Drivers are asked to use Weaver and Sand roads or Kehoe and Paye roads to detour around the bridge.
The deteriorating bridge is unsafe and will be replaced. The town has funding for its replacement and the work is scheduled to begin in the spring of 2025.
