Sounds Of Brass returns to the TGIF concert series this Friday, 6:30 p.m. at Fulton’s 56 S. First St. gazebo.

They’ll be playing music from the Great American Songbook along with marches, polkas, patriotic music and more, said Steve Chirello, president, Fulton Music Association.

Oswego County Federal Credit Union, (OCFCU), is the major sponsor of Fulton’s ‘TGIF Concert Series’ presented by the Fulton Music Association, (FMA), and Fulton Parks and Recreation, with support from Fulton Savings Bank and Brookfield Renewable U.S., said.

“On  July 18, Mark Wahl will be back with Time Stone and Mark Warner featuring some original songs, as well as classic Americana, “Chirello said. “The Fulton Community Dixieland Band returns on July 25 with a Dixieland Jamboree. On August first, Allan Howe is back with his ensemble and a variety of jazz standards. August 15 will mark the first appearance at TGIF by Swingtide, a six-piece band featuring jazz standards, blues and pop. And we wind up the series on August 22 with perennial favorite Joe Cortini & Jazz Mafia.
