Write a commentThe Oswego City School District Board of Education will conduct a special meeting this Thursday, Sept. 5, at 12 p.m. in the second floor curriculum room of the Education Center, 120 E. First St. in Oswego.
The meeting was the result of a request made by Interim Superintendent of Schools Gary Mix as he has asked the board to gather to approve the appointment of a new school business administrator.
It is important to the superintendent of schools and the board of education that this appointment be made as soon as possible. The business administrative position has been vacant since July 1. The position was advertised and final interviews were recently conducted.
