"History will remember the 2024 election for the resounding victory of Donald Trump.
His decisive win and return to the White House, along with Republicans assuming control of the U.S. Senate give Republicans across the country reason to celebrate.
While a number of races remain undecided, I'm excited to welcome six new members to the Assembly Republican Conference and congratulate each of them for their hard-fought victories. In 2025, our conference will work alongside new members: Daniel Norber in the 16th Assembly District, Andrea Bailey (133rd A.D.), Pat Chludzinski (143rd A.D.), Paul Bologna (144th A.D.), Joe Sempolinski (148th A.D.) and Andrew Molitor (150th A.D.).
I commend each candidate, supporter and campaign team member for their hard work. Running for public office at any level of government requires a unique level of courage and commitment, especially in today's politically charged times. We will have a clearer picture of all election results over the coming days. But as we look forward to our return to Albany, the Assembly Republican Conference will continue to work diligently and collaboratively on the issues that matter to 19 million New Yorkers."
