
Theresa M. Potter, 52, of 222 East Second Street, passed away Saturday, March 26th, at St. Joseph’s Hospital, following a brief illness. She was surrounded by her loving family.
She was the daughter of John C. “Jack” Greeney, Sr. and Joan A. (Nearbin) Greeney. Theresa was a nurse and office manager for a doctor’s office for several years before retiring. She cherished spending time with her family and friends, and held dear the moments she had with her beloved aunt, Jean Hilton. She especially enjoyed doting on her furbaby, Theodore Bear.
Theresa is survived by her husband, Daniel L. Potter; her siblings, Barbara Mahlmann of Schenectady, John C. (Lori) Greeney, Jr., and Mary Beth (Brian) Wyman of Oswego, and JoAnn Wall (Dana Oliver) of Fulton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, Jennifer (Steve), Robert, Melissa (Rob), Justin (Monica), Kylie, Jonathan, and Bradley; and her great-nephews, Ryan and Milo.
At her request, there will be no calling hours or services.
