Thomas W. (Mac) McAnaney, 71, of Oswego, New York, passed away at his home on November 20, 2015.
Tom was born in Oswego, NY on November 26, 1943. He graduated from Oswego High School and continued on to SUNY Oswego, receiving both a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Science in American History. Tom worked 44 years, until his death, as a Light Motor Equipment Operator for the Oswego City School District.
Tom is preceded in death by his parents Charles and Leona (Scharf) McAnaney; and his aunt Dorothea (Scharf) Price.
Tom is survived by a cousin, Marilyn Price (James) Kovarik; and several other cousins.
The funeral service will be held at Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church, 201 E 6th Street, Oswego, NY at 11:00 am on Wednesday, November 25, 2015. Rev. Bruce Schrader will be officiating.
Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery.
Visitation will be held at Dain-Cullinan Funeral Home, 112 East Second St., on Tuesday, November 24, from 4:00 to 7:00 pm.
