Born in Oswego, he was the son of the late Bernard Woolworth and LoisAnn (Pullen) Woolworth of Fulton.
He worked as a self-employed painter and was a fan of NASCAR. He also loved spending time with his children and grandchildren.
Aside from his father, Timothy is predeceased by his sister, Melody Crouch.
He is survived by his mother Lois, his sons, Timothy (Fiancee, Catherine Ptaschinski) Woolworth Jr., Jason (Nicki) Woolworth, and Anthony Woolworth; his step-children, Jorin Crimmins and Raymond Newton; his brothers, Bernard (Angelina) Woolworth, Michael (Kathleen) Woolworth, and Gary (Tammy) Woolworth; his sisters, Brenda Culver, Deanna (Thomas) Masuicca, Bonnie (Roderick) Mattot, Sheryl Masuicca, and Lynda (Dale) Alford; five grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be held from 4-6 pm, Wednesday, at the Nelson Funeral Home, 11 West Albany St. Oswego.
