Tribute to Fred Crisafulli at City Hall Feb 1st

The City of Oswego, along with the H. Lee White Maritime Museum at Oswego and IHeartOswego, are inviting the public to join us for a “Tribute to Fred Crisafulli” event to be held on Wednesday, February 1, 2017 in the City’s Council Chambers on the second floor of city hall.

Fred Crisafulli was a Navy and Marine veteran and longtime director of tourism for the City of Oswego until 2014. He also represented the city on the Oswego County Tourism Advisory Board for many years and served in numerous organizations, such as Oswego Rotary and the ELKS Lodge #271. He was involved with both the U.S. Naval Sea Cadets- Truxton Division and the H. Lee White Maritime Museum Ship #229 Sea Scouts.

FC17The program begins at 6pm with a rotating photo montage, a display of memorabilia and dignitaries representing a host of organizations that Mr. Crisafulli was involved with before his passing on November 20, 2016.

Refreshments will be provided by Aunt Mary’s Italian Cookies and Catering.
