Unearth the History of Equal Rights in Auburn at the Oswego Public Library

Join us on Monday, May 18th, from 6 to 7 pm in the Oswego Public Library's community room for an engaging presentation by Auburn's Equal Rights Heritage Center.

Visitor Experience Manager Kate Grindstaff will highlight Auburn's key historic sites and cultural landmarks, emphasizing the city's role in the equal rights movement.

At the event, discover highlights of the Equal Rights Heritage Center, including interactive educational displays about Auburn's history, tastings of regionally sourced products from their Taste NY Market, and stories behind the Harriet Tubman statue in their courtyard.

The event will take place in the community room on the library's lower level. The Oswego Public Library is located at 120 E 2nd Street, Oswego, NY 13126. All ages are welcome to attend, and admission is free.
