He was born on June 24, 1988 in Syracuse; the son of William Joseph Johnson and the late Tina Marie (Cummings) Johnson.
He was employed by Big C Services in Baldwinsville as a landscaper.
Billy was the "Jack of all trades" and loved to teach his boys his many skills. He loved to fish and enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He had a gift of making people laugh. Billy was always busy helping someone or fixing something.
William is survived by his fiancé, Stephanie Powell of Pennelleville; 3 young sons Brayden, Bryce and Kaiden; his father, William Johnson of Oswego; a sister, Jamie Cummings of Oswego; a brother, Steven "Steveo" Johnson of Phoenix; a grandmother, Terri (Grandma Gert) Burns of Oswego; a grandfather, William Johnson of Baldwinsville; and many nieces and nephews who he loved very much.
In addition to his mother, he was predeceased by his maternal grandparents James and Ernestine Cummings.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the Phoenix fire hall from 2:00 to 6:00 on Monday, November 18, 2019.
Arrangements are in care of the Dain-Cullinan Funeral Home, Oswego.
