Scheduled to take place on April 17th at the Riverside Banquet Room located next to G.S. Steamers at the Clarion Hotel from 11:30am to 3:00pm. The event will bring together influential figures from the manufacturing sector, education institutions, workforce development organizations, and economic development partners. With the aim of fostering collaboration and innovation, this summit will serve as a strategic platform to address challenges faced by the industry while identifying opportunities for growth and sustainability.
“There are many new and expanding programs at the local, state and federal levels to support the growth and retention of manufacturing businesses,” said Austin Wheelock, Executive Director of Operation Oswego County. “We want to make sure our manufacturers, large and small, are aware of all the resources that exist and have the technical support to seek these opportunities, which was the catalyst for creating the Summit.”

Participants can expect to hear about the latest financing, incentives, and workforce programs available to their manufacturing business.
