Bill Scriber, Executive Director for the Port of Oswego Authority, hosted Assemblyman Will Barclay and shared plans for the Port in 2019 and Oswego, starting with the new RV park to be located on the property known as Vinegar Hill.
Additionally, the two spoke about plans for expanding the versatility of port storage facilities and the surrounding grounds.
"The Port is in a proactive mode and moving towards the goals and expectations we have set. It is great to have the support from our City and State" stated Bill Scriber.
