On Tuesday she was presented with the award at the Older New Yorkers’ Day celebration organized by the New York State Office for the Aging.
Mr. Barclay said Mrs. Enwright’s passion, dedication, and service to her community are an asset to the City of Oswego and to everyone she meets.
