The Oswego State women's tennis team fell 9-0 to Geneseo at Romney Outdoor Tennis Courts on Friday afternoon. With the loss, the Lakers drop to 0-1 on the early season while the Knights improve to 1-0.
The Lakers found most of their success in doubles as Alicia Kreamer and Alli Ullrich were able to steal a game off the Knights at first. Bianca Camillaci and Giovanna Saulle nabbed a game at third doubles as well.
Women's Tennis returns to the courts at 4 p.m. on Tuesday as it hosts the Wells College Express.
