The United Way of Greater Oswego County and DuFore’s Jewelers will be making one lucky person’s Christmas extra special this year.
DuFore’s Jewelers has donated a ladies diamond ring valued at $1,600, which will be used for a drawing in support of the United Way’s Annual Campaign. The diamond ring is currently on display at DuFore’s Jewelers, 94 West 2nd Street in Oswego.
“We appreciate DuFore’s support of our campaign with this very generous donation,” said United Way Resource Development Director, Ali McGrath. “The support United Way receives from our small businesses is inspiring. Community minded businesses such as DuFore’s Jewelers play an important part in allowing us to have a positive effect on our three impact areas: ending hunger, helping youth succeed, and building healthier communities.
Tickets for the ladies diamond ring drawing are only $1.00 each or 6 for $5.00 and are available at DuFore’s Jewelers, 94 West Second Street in Oswego, The Clubhouse Tavern, 126 West 2nd Street in Oswego, and your local United Way office in the Community Bank building, 1 South First Street in Fulton. The drawing will be held December 24th at DuFore’s. Proceeds will benefit the United Way of Greater Oswego County.
