At our 38 Erie Street Oswego office on that Tuesday and Wednesday morning, people will learn and display solid customer service skills. Employers will be here to discuss their concerns and to meet (and maybe hire) students in this program.
People who complete the two day program (space is limited so register FAST)
- Learn and develop skills in customer service
- get a professional tune-up on their applications
- can earn a certificate that they completed the class
- earn a special certificate that they displayed great customer service skills
- meet with and maybe get hired by employers
