The Oswego County Comprehensive Plan is an essential feature of long-term planning for the county and helps create a broad vision for future land uses and the environment. It outlines strategies for public investment in infrastructure, housing, economic development, environmental protection and overall quality of life. It is intended to help Oswego County and its community partners apply for grant funding for improvement and development projects.
