Integrated Community Planning of Oswego County (ICPOC) has been awarded a $10,000 grant from the John Ben Snow Foundation to support the work of its division, the Oswego County Early Childhood Alliance (OCECA).

The funding will strengthen programs and partnerships focused on improving outcomes for young children and families throughout Oswego County. The Alliance works collaboratively with local agencies, educators, and service providers to ensure families have access to the resources and support they need during the critical early years of a child’s development.

“We are incredibly grateful to receive this $10,000 investment from the John Ben Snow Foundation,” said Sidney Cartner, Coordinator of the Oswego County Early Childhood Alliance. “This funding allows the OCECA to continue strengthening supports for young children and families across our community. When we invest early, we build healthier families and a stronger future for Oswego County.”

This investment reflects a shared commitment to building a strong foundation for children and families and reinforces the importance of early childhood initiatives in creating long-term community impact.
