Kevin Gardner, acting chairman of the Oswego County Legislature, presented Earth Week coordinator, Richard Drosse, with a proclamation designating April 19-28 Earth Week in Oswego County. The Oswego County Environmental Management Council has planned a variety of projects to help protect Oswego County's natural resources.
