     William Q. Dowdle, 90, of Oswego, NY and Sarasota, FL died peacefully on January 7, 2014.

     Frances L. Kray, 83, of Oswego died Friday at Moringstar Care Center, Oswego.

     Kenneth H. Taylor, 64 of Sandy Creek, NY died Friday at his home after a sudden attack.

     Patricia E. Murray, 72 of Oswego passed away Monday at her home surrounded by her loving family, following a long illness.

     Stephen J. Link, 94, a resident of Oswego, passed away on January 14 at the St.Luke Health Services.

     Arlene Reynolds Blum, 76, entered her eternal rest on January 14, 2014 in the arms of her family.

     Sharon A. (Phillips) Topley, 64, a resident of Elm Street in Oswego, passed away Wednesday at her home, following a long battle with ALS.

     Julie A. DeGroff, 55, of Hannibal, NY died Thursday in the Oswego Hospital after a sudden attack.

     Joseph F. Fragale, 80, a resident of Scriba, passed away January 15, 2014 at Oswego Hospital.
