As a Family Court Referee, Benedetto has heard thousands of cases on domestic violence, custody and visitation issues, and alleged child neglect and abuse.
Benedetto, the only Republican in the race, is the endorsed Oswego County Republican and Conservative candidate, and he has the approval of Independence Party voters. Republican, Conservative and Independence party voters will have the opportunity to select their choice for Family Court Judge in the June 25 primary election.
