Write a commentThe Oswego Fire Department will be hosting a Child Safety Seat Check on Saturday, November 7th from 9am - 12pm. This event will be held at the Oswego Fire Department Headquarters, located at 35 East Cayuga Street in Oswego.
Nationally trained and certified technicians from the Oswego Fire Department, Oswego Police Department, the Oswego County Sherrif's Department, and Oswego Health will be on hand to look at your child safety seats. This is a great way to ensure your child safety seats are installed correctly, have no recalls, and are in good condition. These technicians will also be able to answer questions about child safety seat laws and best practices.
Those interested should bring the children using the seats along so the seats can be adjusted correctly.
No appointments are necessary. Vehicles can enter the safety check from East Cayuga Street.
