Oswego County Opportunities (OCO) Executive Director Diane Cooper-Currier and OCO Board of Directors President John Zanewych (R) recognized outgoing board member Dennis Merlino (c) at the agency’s annual meeting held recently at the Eis House in Mexico. Merlino was honored for his years of dedicated service to OCO and its clients.
