Continuing a Fulton Lenten tradition, “The Living Stations” will be presented at 7:00 p.m., Friday, April 18 at Holy Trinity Church, 309 Buffalo St.

Admission is free. This dramatization of “The Way of the Cross” with music, live action, and reflective narrative of the traditional Catholic prayer of Jesus’ passion, portrays the final hours leading to His crucifixion, said Susan Tallents, coordinator.

In the “Living Stations” local youth take on the roles of major characters in the traditional 14 scenes of the Stations of the Cross, Tallents said. Each scene features a series of readings and meditations and is a visual reminder of Christ’s suffering. Dante McBurnie, a 10th grader from John C. Birdlebough High School, Phoenix, will portray Jesus this year.  Catherine Nickolas, a 9th grader from Mexico High School will be portraying Mary, the Mother of Jesus.  The choir, which accompanies the presentation, is under the direction of Dolores Walrath. For further information, contact Sue Tallents at 315-593-3225 or Holy Trinity Church at 315-598-2118
