Watercolor Abstract Paintings Class Using Creative Technique Oct 3rd

AAO is pleased to announce an additional watercolor class taught by Robert Jones on Wednesday, October 3 from 6-9 pm at the Arts Center in Oswego.

This class include a variety of creative watercolor techniques that could be used in the future with your own watercolor paintings. This include salt, masking, wax resist, spattering, flinging, washes, backruns, blossoms, lifting, spray water, scraping, sponging, bubble wrap, feathering, lifting, palette knife, paper towels, and more. Participants will explore primary colors and use a variety of brushes to produce a large one-of-a-kind watercolor painting, 15 by 22 inches.

The class is limited to 8 participants age 16 and over. Bob's classes are popular, so register soon.

Bob is a retired technology education teacher from the Hannibal School District. He began watercolor painting after retirement and has been teaching watercolor painting for several years.
