Harborfest 2017 Takes Off With Helicopter Rides Through Paratus Air

Harborfest 2017 Takes Off With Helicopter Rides Through Paratus Air

It’s a bird, it’s a plane…..It’s a helicopter! The 2017 Harborfest festivities will include the exciting opportunity to take a helicopter ride above the hustle and bustle of Breitbeck Park. Experience the thrill of flight, while also having a bird’s eye view of the 30th anniversary festivities!

The service is being offered through Paratus Air, a company based out of Ohio and Indiana that prides itself on a perfect safety record and a crew of pilots hand picked not just for their expertise, but friendly attitude and commitment to providing a one of a kind experience.

Thrill seeking visitors to the festival will be able to soar through the air while interacting with the friendly pilots, taking with them upon touchdown an irreplaceable memory of Harborfest from great heights, as well as a custom photo of them, the crew, and the pilot to commemorate the experience.

Rides will be held every day that Breitbeck Park is open, and are $20 a person. There is no age limit, however children under the age of 24 months must be required to sit on an adult’s lap. Each tour can carry three passengers. Paratus Air also offers gift certificates, available on their website (www.paratusair.com )

Harborfest is one of the few admission-free music festivals in the country. It was founded with the mission of creating nationally recognized festivals and events that attract and engage a broad and diverse audience, celebrate and build community, and advance economic development in Oswego, New York. It would not be possible to continue the event without the massive continued support received from the City of Oswego, businesses, organizations, government entities, and individuals and family members.

To learn more about the helicopter rides, about Harborfest itself, or to contribute to the support of this amazing region-wide event, contact the Harborfest offices at 41 Lake Street, Oswego, NY 13126 or by phone at (315)-342-7113.
