Debra “Debbie” Ann Armstrong, 62, of Oswego, passed away April 28, 2026, with her family by her side.

Francis A. "Frank" Bouchard, 78, a resident of Oswego passed away on April 27, 2026.

Nora J. “Sally” Cook, 89; of Fulton passed peacefully on Saturday, April 25^th, 2026, surrounded by family and loved ones at Oswego Hospital.

Earleen DeForest, 83, left us peacefully on Saturday, April 25^th, 2026, in the comfort of loving hands and hearts, surrounded by her children and caregivers.
