"When the construction on the new Oswego DMV is complete, we will have a new footprint for DMV service in Oswego County that turns around dealer work efficiently and serves customers in a welcoming environment," said Michael C. Backus, Oswego County Clerk. "In order to ensure the level of service we expect, we need to make this adjustment one day a week until construction is complete."
