Skip’s Fish Fry invites its customers to celebrate the holiday season by bringing non-perishable food donations to its location at 42 West 2nd St., in Oswego.
The collection will continue from November 20 through December 15. All donated food will be given to The Oswego County Salvation Army for its meals and pantry services during the holiday period.
Skip’s Fish Fry, owned by Shawn Cathcart, will mark its first anniversary on December 6. It is an authentic New England style fish fry, offering a variety of seafood sandwiches and dinners with an array of side dishes and soups for dining in or taking out. Open Monday and Tuesday 11:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. and Wednesday through Saturday 11:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M., it is closed on Thanksgiving Day and Sundays.
