Step Back in Time to ‘Visit’ Oswego’s East Side Bars Aug. 5

Oswego City Historian Mark Slosek presents “Bars in Oswego: East Side” at the next installment of “History on Tap” on Tuesday, Aug. 5.

The discussion takes place at 7 p.m. in the Riverview Room at G.S. Steamers Restaurant, located inside the Clarion Inn, 70 E. First St., Oswego. The event is free and open to the public.

The presentation is part two of Slosek’s “Bars in Oswego” presentation. The first discussion focused on bar history from the city’s west side, while this event focuses on the city’s east side bars throughout various time periods.
