Write a commentThis Art Association of Oswego class will cover an introduction to throwing pots on the wheel.
Students will learn the preparation of clay, throwing basic forms, trimming the base, the drying process, and glazing the finished pot. The instructor will also provide additional instruction for intermediate students.
This 6-week class meets Fridays, from 5:30-8:00 PM, Oct 25 - Dec 6. (No class on Nov 29)

- Ages: Adults (16+)
- Skill Level: Beginner/Intermediate
- Max Students: 6
- Cost: $147 for members or $195 for non-members (including materials & firing fees)
- Instructor: Marybeth Sorendo; Marybeth has a BFA in design/crafts with a ceramics concentration, and was a production/studio potter for 15 years.
