In the final meet of the season, the Oswego State men's golf team turned in a team score of 326 for a two-day total of 656 to finish two strokes behind team champion Hobart at the Oswego State Spring Invitational. The meet was played at the Oswego Country Club.
Laker Dan North (Fr., Ilion, N.Y.) carded a round of 79 to earn medalist honors after posting a two-day score of 156, which was three strokes better than teammate Nick Sterling (Sr., Gouverneur, N.Y.) and Hobart's Matt Johnson, who had second-round scores of 77 for a two-day total of 159.
John Mackie (Jr., Bellport, N.Y.) added a score of 88 for a two-day total of 170 to tie with Laker individual competitors Ryan Ennis (Jr., Rockville Centre, N.Y.) and Tyler Wurzer (Fr., Huntington Station, N.Y.). Ennis turned in a score of 87 on Sunday compared to Wurzer's round of 83.
Kyle Brockmann (So., Fairport, N.Y.) fired an 82 to finish with a two-day score of 174, while Bryan Leggett (Fr., Ballston Lake, N.Y.) shot a 99 for a total of 197.
