On February 4th, 2025, President Trump announced, "The U.S. will take over the Gaza Strip... We'll own it."
That pronouncement turned into reality. The New York Times wrote, "The U.N. Security Council granted the Board of Peace a mandate," that "makes clear the United States is in charge of Gaza."
Since President Trump took ownership of Gaza, the Israeli news outlet Haaretz has reported, "the Israeli military has committed hundreds of violations [of the ceasefire]." Haaretz wrote, "the IDF had demolished more than 2,500 buildings in the Gaza Strip since the cease-fire took effect in October." Haaretz revealed that the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) documented over 100 Gazan children killed by the IDF since October.
Israeli reporter Gideon Levy wrote, "When thousands of seriously ill people are dying because Israel denies them life-saving medical attention or the possibility of leaving their cages... this is a cease-fire." Haaretz admitted last month that Israel restricted certain products from entering Gaza. It included "beef and poultry... chocolate, eggs... even potatoes."
As the new Lord of Gaza, President Trump should know that last week, Haaretz reported, "The IDF has accepted the estimate of the Hamas-run Gaza Health Ministry that approximately 71,000 Palestinians were killed."
Israeli reporter Nir Hasson wrote, "Recognizing the credibility of the Palestinian list is the first step to admitting what we have done in Gaza over the past two years: killing tens of thousands of Palestinians, destroying entire cities, displacing almost two million and starving hundreds of people to death."
Nir Hasson also wrote in Haaretz that, "Israeli human rights groups B'Tselem and Physicians for Human Rights – Israel," concluded "Israel is committing the crime of genocide against Palestinians in the Gaza Strip." B'Tselem titled their report "Our Genocide."
B'Tselem wrote, in Gaza, there was "starvation of more than two million people as a method of warfare... formally including the ethnic cleansing of Gaza's residents in the war aims; systematic destruction of hospitals and other medical facilities... the unprecedented killing of medical personnel, aid workers, persons in charge of maintaining public order, and journalists."
B'Tselem continued, "The 'humanitarian zones'... were themselves systematically bombed." There was "visual evidence of deliberate sniper shootings of children." Satellite imagery showed "Entire neighborhoods, and even entire cities, have been all but wiped off the map."
Netanyahu told Israeli soldiers, "Remember what Amalek did to you." B'Tselem wrote that this was "a call for the complete destruction of the Palestinians."
B'Tselem's report was missing three crucial words: with our support. As Haaretz admitted, President Joe Biden provided Israel $23 billion in taxpayer money. That included over 100,000 tons of bombs and military equipment. It covered "an estimated 70% of Israel's war-related military spending."
The U.S.-Israeli genocide in Gaza hasn't stopped. On January 31st, the Times of Israel wrote, "32 Palestinians, including women, children," were "killed in a wave of [Israeli] airstrikes [with U.S.-manufactured jet fighters] across the Gaza Strip." On the same day, the new Lord of Gaza "approved $6.67 billion in new arms sales to Israel."
