“We started with a Food & History Tour and over the years added a Haunted Tour and a Just the History Tour,” reminisces owner, Colette Astoria. “It’s hard to believe it’s been 10 years!”

Cheap Seats grabs two Modified wins

     Cheap Seats picked up a pair of victories Thursday in Modified fast-pitch action in the Oswego YMCA City Softball League.

     Cheap Seats opened the night with a 14-11 victory over Gary's Sports Bar, then earned a 14-4 triumph over the Outlaws.
     Cheap Seats — 14 Gary's Sports Bar — 11 Kyle Walton and Kyle Perez each smacked doubles and Bill Bosch pitched the win for Cheap Seats.
     Cheap Seats charged out to an early 6-0 lead, but Gary's rebounded with four runs in the third inning to pull to within two. Cheap Seats tacked on five runs in the fourth inning and three more in the fifth to hold off Gary's Sports Bar.
     Nick Kostoroski tripled and singled for Gary's.
     Cheap Seats — 14 Outlaws — 4 Bill Bosch pitched a six-hitter with three strikeouts as Cheap Seats completed a sweep of its doubleheader.
     Blair Taylor ripped a double for Cheap Seats, which put the game away with an eight-run outburst in the fourth inning.
     Bear Redman had a double for the Outlaws.

     Women's B League
     The Lock/Sanford & Burtis — 17 Woodchuck's/Mrs. Rogers — 15 Kristina Lavery slapped six hits, including two doubles, to propel The Lock/Sanford & Burtis Fire Equipment to victory.
     Megan Jones laced five hits, including a triple. Julie Merritt was the winning pitcher.
     For Woodchuck's/Mrs. Rogers Neighborhood, Tiffany Johnston lined a double and two singles, and Patty Burnett singled and doubled.
     Tied 10-10 through four innings, The Lock/Sanford & Burtis took control with a five-run fifth inning.
     Gary's/LDI — 7 Century 21/Lebaudy Law — 3
     Chelsea Giovo singled, doubled, and tripled as Gary's/LDI prevailed. Lindsey Nelson crushed a triple and singled twice. Michelle Simpson was the winning pitcher, striking out six.
     Bud Light/Clubhouse — 18 Malone's Garage/Gary's — 6
     Sarah Castaldo slugged a home run, doubled twice, and singled to power Bud Light/Clubhouse. Winning pitcher Kecia Maas also drilled four hits, including a double.
     Bud Light/Clubhouse trailed 6-4 until plating three runs in the fourth inning to take the lead. The winners tacked on five runs in the fifth inning and six in the sixth.
     Malone's Garage/Gary's — 12 Woodchuck's/Mrs. Rogers — 3
     Tiffany Carpenter roped two doubles and a single to help Malone's Garage/Gary's Sports Bar/Leroy Young Inc.
     Alyssa Grove smacked a triple and two singles, and Jill Lamphear was the winning pitcher.
