Be prepared to see the show of your life; She Kills Monsters is a show about the wonderful world of Dungeons and Dragons at CNY Arts Center in Fulton, NY.

In She Kills Monsters, the nerdy geek Chuck Biggs sets up a D&D campaign created by Tilly Evans before she died in an effort to help her sister Agnes understand her deceased sister.

At first Agnes Evans is reluctant to transcend her mind into the mystical world of slaying monsters. With the additional help of Lilith Morning Star and Kaliope Darkwalker, they have to slay many different monsters, such as bugbears, demons, Beholders and Farrah the Fairy, to be ready to ultimately fight the five-headed dragon Tiamat. Though before fighting Tiamat, Miles, who is Agnes's boyfriend, struggles to commit to the idea of proposing to Agnes. Vera, unlike Agnes, believes that she should leave him because she sees him as a generic jock with little to no personality.

So if you’re ready to embrace Gary Gygax’s D&D dream, here’s some important information. This show may not be suitable for all audiences do to some mild language and suggestive dialogue. But if you have the courage to take on the quest to slay Tiamat, the five-headed dragon, then come down to the CNY Arts Center on either September 19th or 20th at 7pm or on the 21st to take on a matinee quest at 2pm. The monsters will be expecting you. Tickets available here.
